This first session is designed for new clients. It includes a brief intake conversation followed by a full bodywork session focused on nervous system regulation and tissue response. The work is slow and attentive, adapting to how the body responds on the day of the session rather than following a fixed routine. This session helps establish a clear starting point and allows us to determine the most suitable focus for future sessions. Ideal if you are new to this work or unsure where to begin.
