The Discovery Session is designed for first‑time clients who are curious about somatic massage and want to explore this approach in a clear, grounded way. The session begins with a brief conversation to understand how your body currently holds tension, stress, or overload, and what feels relevant for you at this moment. During the 90‑minute session, you’ll experience how somatic bodywork differs from traditional massage - slower, more attentive, and guided by how your body responds rather than by a fixed routine. It’s a space to get familiar with the work, ask questions, and sense whether this approach feels supportive and right for you.
