Service Description
This extended session allows more time for breath‑aware somatic bodywork, offering additional space for regulation and integration. The slower pace supports deeper listening and allows the body and nervous system to fully settle, making it particularly suitable for longer‑held patterns or those wishing to explore somatic work without time pressure.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the session price. This policy exists to honour the time, preparation, and space held for each session and each body.
